Best Shape of My Life I have been training with Therese Pittman for over 6 months, and can honestly say I am in the best shape of my life as a result of her personalized approach. Therese customizes her Pilates classes to your individual needs. Even in her group classes she is aware of each students strengths, limitations and injuries. I have trained with other Pilates instructors in the Baton Rouge area, but have received the best results with Therese.

Coming to Baton Rouge for two months shooting the Haunting in Georgia, not knowing a soul, is a daunting task. Especially for someone who needs Pilates in their life at all times. With the grueling schedule, I had to have a place that would keep my body going, when it wanted to give up. LIttle did I know, through finding Therese, that my body would leave in better shape than when it came. She knows how to work the muscles so deep and her way is so lovely and calm, it was the perfect match. She is the best instructor in Baton Rouge, no doubt, and I can't wait til my next project in Louisiana so I can work with her again!
